You want to install only Vegas Pro 9 (32-bit) on Windows (64-bit)
If you are trying to use Vegas Pro 9 (32-bit) on Windows 64-bit, the program can be installed, but you can?t register the program with the new Multikeygen DI , but with this patch you will be able to register Vegas Pro 9 (32-bit) on Windows (64-bit):

You want to install both versions, Vegas Pro 9 (32-bit and 64-bit) on Windows (64-bit), try this:
Vegas Pro 9 32/64 bit (both) can be installed and registered on Windows 64bit with the new multikeygen DI:
- Uninstall Everything
- Do Notes Before install Vegas Pro 9
- Install Vegas Pro 9 32bit and Vegas pro 9 64bit ( just install )
- Run multikeygen DI ( run as adm ) and patch both versions ( don?t close the keygen )
- Now Register Vegas Pro 9 64bit with the instructions in the tutorial
- Now Register Vegas Pro 9 32bit with the instructions in the tutorial, but this time you have to use the same activation code used in Vegas Pro 9 (64bit)
- That?s all.
